Among the important issues that attract attention in the labor law of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the method of determining the minimum wage. Necessity demands that by taking advantage of the flexible features of the labor law accepted in articles 191, 190, 189, a suitable solution to create employment and in terms of protecting the rights of workers and securing the interests of employers and encouraging investment, foresee various criteria in determining wages. In this article, the authors have investigated the pathology of workers' wages and its corrective measures. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical, and the library method was used in collecting sources.
