The findings of the research indicate that in the discussed legal systems, depending on the case, this right has flowed without change compared to the prevailing conditions and in some cases it has been limited or in some cases it has been temporarily suspended, but in general it has not been violated. And it has been protected by establishing laws and regulations and issuing instructions using modern virtual technologies, and in cases where due to the urgent nature of the claims, it was necessary to hear the claims in person by the court, this is done by observing physical distances in order to Keeping the safety and health of people was the main priority.
