Whereas full-time and contractual employment creates maximum obligation for government, using severance pay employees for performing definite or indefinite time work as one of the common methods of entering into service and methods of benefiting human workforce is anticipated in the Article 13 of Law of The Army of Islamic Republic of Iran. The most important channeling is time limitation of severance pay contracts, financial salary and benefits, insurance topic, references of investigating to contractual complains and violation and infringement of severance pay employees. The main question of this article is that What are the influences of aforesaid challenges on issue of entering into service and related problems? According to descriptive and analytical findings of this research, time limitation leads to confusion for extending some contracts, legal challenges and financial benefits, ambiguity in paying fixed remuneration and insurance topics leads to lack of benefiting from unemployment insurance and finally decision of competent authorities for investigating to complains and infringements were always among controversial issues and in the way of solving aforesaid challenges, it is recommended for amending part of Article.37 of Law of The Army of Islamic Republic of Iran and executive by-law.
