While economic interventionists are increasing every day in terms of quantity and competence, as well as the depth of quasi-legal procedures, the only method of transforming this complex institutional network into a systematic one is the administrative litigation that may promote social growth of economy at two levels: on the one hand in promoting the legal system’s economic values, and on the other hand in transforming the complex economic theories into practical legal structures in the social sphere. As a pathway for economic advancement, economic security lies at the heart of the administrative litigation concept, which can help improve the current affairs state. The present descriptive and analytical research is aimed at realizing the effect of the rulings of the Administrative Court of Justice in supporting or threatening economic security indices and identifying any shortcomings in the Administrative Court of Justice’s rulings before achieving economic security. The investigation of the Administrative Court of Justice’s procedures as the judicial supervisory institution reveals the formulation of certain general principles and rules while handling cases in this field, examining that this institution’s performance directly affects economic security indicators. This study concludes that issues like the absence of a consistent and integrated procedure for enhancing economic security indices, the absence of specialized economic entities within the Administrative Court of Justice’s subordinates, and failure to involve experts in economic fields, besides the subjective nature of opinions have led the economic security to face potential threat in some of its rulings.
