Today, the right to the environment is supported as one of the most basic rights of the third generation of human rights. In a comprehensive definition of this right, it can be said that the right to the environment refers to those rights that have been established to protect the quality of human life as well as the destruction of the biosphere and nature. In a research carried out in this field, the right to the environment is defined as follows: "The inalienable and inalienable human right by which every human being and all human beings collectively deserve to share and enjoy a healthy environment. health (both the current and future generations) and all-round development (economic, social and cultural). This definition has been able to take into account the majority of the elements of the day of the right to the environment. including that it is introduced as a right first. Secondly, human beings collectively deserve to share and enjoy a healthy environment. Thirdly, this right is combined with collective responsibility. Thirdly, it has considered future generations and the issue of sustainable development. Therefore, except for some controversial elements, including the owners of this right and the third generation or independence of this right from other human rights, it can be said that the definition provided is a suitable definition. success in European Union law, and with a comparative study, the experiences of the European legal system can be used in domestic law.
