Due to the wide range of interactions with citizens in providing administrative services and crime detection, the police have access to a wide range of their data and personal information. This information, which is collected directly or indirectly in the police databases, has different functions in facilitating the provision of electronic services, public security and crime detection, etc. Databases play a decisive role in analyzing crimes, identifying patterns of committing, identifying and discovering crimes, as well as disseminating information for use in providing services and crime prevention policies. Aggregation of data, regardless of technical and executive problems, affected by some security-oriented and holistic approaches, can lead to the expansion of intrusive measures in people's information privacy. The research method of these documents and the data collection method is a library that has studied the balance between the right to security and public interest with privacy in police databases with a comparative approach. The principle of minimal interference in the privacy of people's information and the challenges faced by the police in this field require more precise regulations in data aggregation and the formation of databases and possible abuses, and by using the experiences learned in other countries, approaches to the protection of Personal and private data, awareness and information of stakeholders, greater accountability, legal and criminal protections for private areas of individuals, ensuring compensation for damages caused by improper use of information and supervisory mechanisms should be taken into consideration.
