The broad interpretation of the constitution in the protection of people's rights and also the necessity of passing comprehensive laws can be considered as the main issue which, if applied, in the field of public economic law, will undoubtedly have no result except the improvement of the country's economic security indicators. The Guardian Council, as the interpreter and guardian of the Constitution and economic rights and freedoms, can guarantee the fundamentalization of the right to economic security in the legal competences of the public sector economy, and this performance cannot be achieved except by explaining economic security in all governing bodies. Knowing the indicators of economic security can improve economic security as a path-breaking element. The purpose of this article, which is an applied and descriptive-analytical research, is to reach the conclusion that: by presenting what model can be interpreted and monitored by the Guardian Council of made the constitution more efficient in order to support economic security indicators. In this regard, it is important to show that the performance of the Guardian Council has a direct effect on economic security indicators. In the end, the conclusion was reached that: creating an interpretation method based on the model The high dynamic ijtihad and high economic values of the Islamic Republic of Iran's constitution can be considered as a model in which economic security is supported as the main economic pillar in the society and improves the performance of the Guardian Council in order to improve security indicators be economical.
